📦 Storage & Disposal

Storage Requirements:

Disposal:

Dispose of all chemical waste in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Do not dispose of in municipal waste or sewer systems.

📋 Conditions of Sale

2. Assumption of Risk: The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use, handling, storage, and disposal of purchased materials. Wohler Chemical shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the buyer's use of products.

3. Regulatory Compliance: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, transport, and use of these materials in their jurisdiction.

4. No Warranty: Products are provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the stated research use. Certificate of Analysis (COA) data reflects testing at time of manufacture.

5. Indemnification: The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wohler Chemical, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the buyer's use, misuse, or redistribution of products.

6. Returns & Claims: Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All returns require prior authorization. No returns accepted for opened or used products.

7. Certificate of Analysis: A COA is provided with each batch/lot and is specific to that batch. Scan the QR code on your product label to view the COA online.
